And make seats appear.

At least, for you.

Stern seats get fitted and look a right mess:
Stern seats are fitted

The keen eyes will spot that some seat staves are tapered while others are not. They might wonder why this is so. Me, I wonder about eyes with independent minds. The seat staves are at first glance irregularly fitted because each of the three seat sections is individually framed and removable for systems service:
Seats are removable

Then using hte Magic of the Blogosphere I snap my fingers and...

Poof! Trimmed sanded fitted seats.
Seats are rtrimmed and sanded

The controls have a startlingly large motion, so there is a bit of finagling to make them clear the seats.
Controls have a cutout in seat

Now, i need a cup of tea and it's back at it. I also made the engine box lid today, I hope to get to putting on some box trim and making it look a LITTLE less like a shipping crate.

Yes, I rounded over the edge with a router, and sanded the whole surface with a random orbit sander. I picked up a Porter-Cable 6" sander many years ago and i can't seem to kill it. My critical error was not using it outside in a windstorm, so I am resigned to tracking a Miss-Manners killing amount of sawdust about the house until I am done with this project.
